Sam Narayan

Sam Narayan brings over 20 years of business and real estate expertise and was named Broker/Owner of the Year in 2022. As the leader of our award-winning commercial excel Brokerage, he specializes in development and Edmonton’s investment market, consistently staying ahead of industry trends. Deeply connected in both business and community, Sam serves as a Director with the Edmonton Community Foundation and is actively involved with organizations including the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers. His leadership, insight, and network create meaningful opportunities for agents looking to grow and succeed at a higher level.

Senior Administrator

Lorena Gonzalez

Lorena is a key member of our operations team and has been a loyal part of REMAX Excellence for 17 years. She is at the forefront of agent support, handling listings and amendments, coordinating sign installations and removals, posting open houses, uploading listings, and managing land titles and corporate requests. 

As a primary point of contact for agents and clients alike, her experience, reliability, and dedication are essential to the smooth operation of our brokerage.

Operations Manager

Mittal Shah

Mittal oversees the administration of agent accounts and plays a critical role in the financial and operational functions of the brokerage. 

Her responsibilities include agent onboarding and renewals, commission payroll, billing, transaction management, and accounts payable and receivable.

 A loyal member of REMAX Excellence for 11 years, Mittal is an essential part of our brokerage, known for her consistency, accuracy, and dedication to operational excellence.

Don Patterson

Don Patterson has over 30 years of Residential and Commercial Real Estate experience with leadership roles at TD Bank, Ontario Realty Corporation and the major Brokerages. Don provides unparalleled leadership to associates and is a highly respected Board Educator for developing and teaching Real Estate courses. Dons philosophy is to help REALTORS® put deals together, simplify the process, and raise the level of professionalism in the industry. Don is a non-selling Broker, and was the recipient for Broker/Owner of the Year in 2022.

Architect of the REMAX Canada accredited Excellence Academy, a high-performance training ecosystem designed to develop top-producing agents. Through over 600 strategic sessions and mentorship of 150+ agents, Tim has become a defining force behind the brokerage’s culture of growth and results. With a 25+ year background in business strategy and financial auditing, Tim applies a structured, results-driven approach to real estate, empowering agents to think strategically, negotiate with confidence, and build sustainable, high-performing businesses.

Neeti Vaghela

Neeti manages the end-to-end transactional and legal documentation for all sales and purchase files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing from contract through to completion, coordinating with Lawyers, outside brokerages, and all relevant parties associated with the transaction, along with her Conveyancing team.

She coordinates the preparation, distribution, and filing of all required paperwork, maintaining strict adherence to critical deadlines.

A dedicated member of RE/MAX Excellence for the past 11 years, Neeti plays a key role in supporting brokerage operations and ensuring consistent, reliable execution across all transactions.

Kim is an integral part of our Conveyancing team, providing critical support across transactional and legal documentation. 

Her attention to detail ensures accuracy and compliance at every stage, helping to streamline daily operations for both our agents and clients.

Alexandra Foghis

Alexandra provides essential front-line support to our associates, assisting with listings and amendments, coordinating sign installations, posting open houses, and welcoming clients.

She also manages incoming calls, ensures listings are uploaded accurately, and supports the processing of transactional and legal documentation - helping keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Navneet Dhillion

Navneet is another essential part of our front-office and administrative support team. 

She assists associates with listings and amendments, coordinates sign installations, posts open houses, and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and callers. In addition, she manages listing uploads and supports transactional and legal documentation, helping ensure accuracy, organization, and smooth daily operations.

Marketing Team

The marketing team at REMAX Excellence supports the brokerage's residential and commercial divisions with the strategy, content, and creative execution that keeps REMAX Excellence visible, competitive, and on-brand.

From campaign development and graphic design to video production, event support, agent onboarding, and digital content, the team works across every touchpoint to ensure agents and the brokerage are represented with consistency and professionalism.

Karlee Mong

Karlee is our Marketing Assistant, working closely with Marketing Manager Jordi Crawford to support the brokerage's marketing operations.

With a background in graphic design and research-driven communication, Karlee supports the team across new agent onboarding, graphic design, photography, event support, video pre- and post-production, media room inquiries, and MAXcenter support — helping turn ideas into polished, on-brand marketing pieces.

Laibah Araien

Laibah supports our Commercial Agents in their marketing, from developing brochures to managing their online listing presence. She also assists our agents in creating strategic approaches to marketing each listing. In addition to agent support, Laibah coordinates brokerage-wide events, leads internal and external commercial communication initiatives, and oversees the Excellence Commercial Divisions social media presence - ensuring the Excellence Commercial brand remains connected, consistent, and visible across all platforms.
